According to the prosecution , on the evening of August 9, 2020, Ganichev participated in an unauthorized mass event in Zhlobin. At approximately 9:40 p.m., he entered the roadway as part of a crowd, and people densely filled the area between the buildings. At approximately half past one in the morning, protesters obstructed traffic, clapped their hands, shouted loudly, whistled, shouted slogans, and demonstratively refused to comply with the legal demands of government officials.
These actions led to disruption of normal transport, including public transport. In addition, a 24-hour store was forced to close for several hours.
According to human rights activists, he will be released in the spring of 2024, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

She is survived by an elderly father and a 19-year-old son, who has suffered from Crohn's disease since he was 16.
On October 3, 2023, the appeal was heard.
On September 16, 2026, she was released after a visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole, and taken to Lithuania.
He was detained in Babruisk. He was then sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest, but was not released after that. Instead, he was sent to the Okrestina detention center in Minsk. In early September, he was transferred to Pretrial Detention Center No. 1.

Telegram channels supporting the current government of the Republic of Belarus published the news that a 32 year old man allegedly insulted Lukashenko in the comments (the comment consists of only one word «trash», written under the news with a quote from Lukashenko that special services with vast experience are working against us today) .
The second charge also concerns Sergey's Internet activity. According to the prosecution, no later than 14:39 on February 27, 2022, the man sent a photo of the bulletin with two checkmarks to the NEXTA telegram bot. Thus, according to the prosecution, Sergey committed a crime under Part 1 of Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (Promotion of extremist activity).
According to the case materials , in the fall-winter of 2020, Koloshuk left three comments in the telegram channel “Couloirs KUKU”.
On November 17, he, “sharing the ideas of social intolerance towards government officials,” spoke negatively about Alexander Lukashenko.
On December 8, as the court found, Koloshuk insulted the judge of the Frunzensky district court, Krevskaya, in comments, and two days later, the prosecutor of the Gomel region, Viktor Morozov.
January 15, 2021 in the telegram channel “MCB. May Country Belarus” Artyom Koloshuk left a negative review about the Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus Pavel Muraveiko.
It is known that before his arrest, Koloshuk lived with his grandmother and worked in Moscow. He also has health problems - he cannot hear in one ear.
According to human rights activists, he will be released in the winter of 2024 , having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.
