According to the materials of the prosecution, on the evening of August 9, 2020, Ganichev participated in an unauthorized mass event in Zhlobin. At about 21:40, the crowd entered the roadway, people densely filled the area between the buildings. At about one-thirty in the morning, the protesters obstructed traffic, clapped their hands, shouted loudly, whistled, shouted slogans, defiantly refused to comply with the legitimate demands of the authorities.
These actions led to disruption of the normal operation of transport, including public transport. In addition, a convenience store was forced to close for several hours.
