Natalia was first convicted in January 2023 for an online comment under the article "insulting a government official" and sentenced to one and a half years of restricted freedom, known as "house arrest."
In September of that year, Natalia was arrested again and convicted on a new criminal charge, accused of "financing extremist activity" for supporting political prisoners through money transfers.
On December 13, 2025, she was released after another visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole, and taken to Ukraine.
Maxim was detained from 8 to 10 November 2022. Then he changed the measure of restraint to a written undertaking not to leave.
On April 29, 2021, the Pruzhany court accused the man of leaving insulting comments about employees of state bodies for coordinating foreign policy and foreign economic activity under a post on the Telegram channel. The man admitted his guilt and repented of his deed.

Sergey was very active in commenting on various messages in more than 30 groups. The Telegram account was more or less decently protected, but he had not changed it since 2018.
The security forces accuse him of "threatening government officials on the Internet" (he left 43 thousand comments). And also of transferring some information about his former classmate, a security officer, to the "Black Book of Belarus". 58 criminal cases have been opened against him.
On September 29, 2023, he was sent to pretrial detention center No. 4 (Mogilev). On October 27, Sergei's appeal was considered in the Minsk City Court. In late autumn 2023, it became known that Sergei had been transferred to pretrial detention center No. 1 as part of a new criminal case. The trial under Article 369 (insulting a government official) was scheduled for December 7, 2023, in the Minsk Moskovsky District Court, Judge Tatyana Pirozhnikova.
