On April 29, 2021, the Pruzhany court accused the man of leaving insulting comments about employees of state bodies for coordinating foreign policy and foreign economic activity under a post on the Telegram channel. The man admitted his guilt and repented of his deed.
Maxim has a secondary education and worked as a developer of raw materials at a Pruzhany enterprise.
