Accused of attacking journalist Azarenka and participating in protests in 2020.
According to the prosecution , Artem Zabelenkov was on Pobediteley Avenue in Minsk on October 11, 2020, where he demanded to stop filming a pro-government TV channel. He also allegedly “used violence against journalist Grigory Azarenka and threatened television cameraman Andrei Ivanenko with violence.” In addition, Artem Zabelenkov is accused of taking an active part in group actions on October 11, 2020, together with other persons, grossly violating public order, resulting in disruption of transport and enterprises.
According to human rights activists, he will be released in the spring of 2024 , having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.

Ivan Muravyov is 43 years old. At one time, he was at the origins of the STV TV channel, but for the last ten years he has been engaged in managing the famous hookah bar «Kaliannaya No. 1» on Karl Marx Street.

The defendant is known to have previously run a "banned" blog on YouTube. The case of insulting a representative of the authorities was brought against him back in 2021.

Vladislav Ryabich is 24 years old, he was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, he uses a wheelchair. Vladislav has the 1st group of disability. Vladislav comes from a large family, he also has a twin brother with a disability. Local journalists often visited the family to film stories or write materials about the exemplary family and wonderful children. Vladislav Ryabich is a multiple participant in various Olympiads, had an average grade point average of 9.4.
On August 9, 2022, security forces broke into the house where Vladislav and his younger brother were. They rudely threatened the man and asked him to comment on what he had written in response to the 2020 post About Lukashenko: in the comment, Vladislav agreed with what was written in the post. If he "repented", the police "would have forgiven him". However, Vladislav refused to say that he was wrong and said that he would not change his mind. The man also added that it was an honor for him that they came to him with machine guns on August 9. Then he was promised criminal liability. He refused to testify in court. His testimony was read out during the investigation in August 2022 by investigator Yankovsky. He gave it in Belarusian.
