Design engineer at Naftan, is deputy head of the independent trade union of Naftan workers. He was detained on September 27, 2021 at his workplace. In the Novopolotsk GAUS, a protocol was drawn up against the man under art. 19.11 Code of Administrative Offenses (distribution of information products containing calls for extremist activities or promoting such activities). The offense, according to the police, is that on his Instagram page “Alexander distributed an information product included in the republican list of extremist materials.” A screenshot of the publication was attached to the written materials of the case, in which a man stands with a poster “I/we are TUT.by.”
Alexander’s case was reviewed on October 1 by Novopolotsk district judge Zinaida Balabolova. Balonkin did not admit his guilt at the trial and tried to find out how the police discovered that this was his Instagram page. According to Alexander, he does not have a personal page, so he does not know who owns the publication. Despite this, Judge Balabolova arrested the man for 15 days precisely because of the “extremist” logo in the photo on Instagram.
In August 2023, he was detained along with other members of the independent trade union "Naftan": Olga Britikova and Alexander Kukharenok.

After Klim’s relative, with whom he was at one of the marches in 2020, was detained in December 2021, Klim decided not to wait for his detention and left for Moscow. A few days later, law enforcement officers came to his parents’ apartment looking for Klim. A year and a half later, summonses from the military registration and enlistment office began to arrive at his Belarusian address, since his deferment from the army had ended. Klim decided to go to the Republic of Belarus and undergo a medical examination. In the summer of 2023, after arriving in Belarus, he was detained by employees of the Main Directorate for Organized Crime Control, and during his arrest he was severely beaten. 38-year-old activist from Rogachev. For more than ten years he has been running the regional resource Rogachev Online. Recently it became known that due to the publication on this site of a photo with Andrzej Duda against the background of a flag similar to white-red-white, an administrative case was opened against a man under Art. 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. As it turned out , the police drew up a protocol because of the denunciation of the local ideologist Natalia Prus, and the flag has nothing to do with Belarus. A green stripe is visible at the bottom of the cloth, and in the center there are trees - this is the flag of Polish-Hungarian friendship.
According to Denis, the ideologue Prus "broke the lives of many" Rogachev residents, "dragging politics where it doesn't exist at all." According to her denunciation, the musicians of the Tor Band were detained - since October 2022 they have been behind bars on criminal cases .
The reason for opening a criminal case against Denis is that he allegedly insulted Lukashenka in his Rogachev Online group on Viber.
Director of the Technical Support Center "KMA-BelAZ" in the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation. Detained for participating in 2020 protests and comments on social networks.
He is accused of participating in protests in 2020 and leaving comments online. At the same time, he deleted his telegram account at the end of 2022, but he was found, probably because of the comments - he gave a lot of information about himself there and left a lot of them (at least a thousand).
During the arrest, the Gubopik officers tore or cut his shirt - this is clearly seen in the photo from their channel. On the man's arm is a large tattoo with a national ornament.
