On March 18, 2024, the Sovietsky District Court of Minsk held a trial for the brothers, as well as Alexander's wife, Elizaveta . Judge Alexander Yakunchikhin sentenced them all to 2.5 years of house arrest.
Was detained again at the end of 2024 under Part 1 of Article 361. Before the trial, he was held in ST-8, then in Pre-trial Detention Center No. 1, and awaited appeal in ST-4.
On March 19, 2026, he was pardoned after another visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole (among a group of 235 prisoners left in Belarus).

Tamara has 4 minor children.

Larisa, an English tutor, was arrested in late August 2023. She was initially convicted of administrative offenses for "distributing, producing, and storing extremist materials," but was later charged with "assisting extremist activity."
According to calculations, she was supposed to be released in April 2026.

According to the prosecution, Chukhnov took an active part in the protest march in Minsk in the fall of 2020. At the same time, he grossly violated public order, walked onto the roadway of Pobediteley and Independence Avenues, interfered with the operation of motor transport and, together with others, caused damage to the municipal enterprise “Minsktrans” in the amount of 5,980 rubles 11 kopecks.
Dmitry Chukhnov was identified from photographs posted on the Internet and was detained in October 2023.
