According to the prosecution , Kuryanovich and Buschik took an active part in an unauthorized mass event in Minsk: they shouted slogans, disturbed passers-by, and went out onto the streets.
These actions resulted in a “long-term disruption of public peace, limited the right of respectable citizens to quiet work, rest and free movement, and also blocked traffic and interfered with the normal operation of public transport, causing damage to Minsktrans” - Kuryanovich in the amount of 7580 rubles 22 kopecks, which corresponds to not less than 280.75 of the basic value, and Bushchik - in the amount of 22,500 rubles 66 kopecks, which corresponds to at least 833.36 of the basic value, and thereby they grossly violated public order."
Until the trial, Maxim was in custody.
