The artist was detained along with his brother Alexander Lykshin, who is accused of participating in protests and that he was involved in the “Pismo.bel” service, through which people could send letters to political prisoners.
According to preliminary information from former cellmates, the brothers are accused under Art. 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
