Since April 2021, Yuri has worked as an engineer at Netland. It was there that he participated in a large-scale government project—the launch of the third line of the Minsk metro.

According to social media posts , after the war broke out, Anastasia and her husband moved to Mozyr. There, she was known to be engaged in handicrafts, making handmade decorative soap. At the time of the purges, Anastasia held Belarusian citizenship.
Alexander Rusakovich holds a PhD in economics and the title of associate professor. He served as head of the cooperation sector at the Republican Scientific Unitary Enterprise "Institute for System Research in the Agro-Industrial Complex of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus." He also taught at the Belarusian State Technical University.

A former investigator. In 2010, he was appointed head of the investigative department of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee's Internal Affairs Directorate. He was later sent to work for the Investigative Committee.
His last job was at the Mogilevskie Vedomosti news agency. Shishkov may have been responsible for security there. ONT claimed Shishkov was fired from there in 2023 for his political views.
In March 2024, ONT aired a "New Belarus" passport issued in Shishkov's name. However, the document was clearly fake.
