According to the indictment, Vladimir Khomichkov was detained for participating in an unauthorized mass event on the steps of the KFC restaurant at the intersection of Nemiga Street and Pobediteley Avenue. Then he became involved in a criminal case.
Vladimir's regime was tightened to imprisonment for a period of 1 year.
