Convicted under Art. 342 and Art.364 of the Criminal Code of the event taking place on July 14, 2020. The actions he was charged with were interpreted as an "evident forward movement by his leg towards a police officer", which was qualified as violance towards a police officer.
On March 4, 2023, he was released after the expiration of the sentence.
