On 08/20/21, the Supreme Court, however, overturned all appeal rulings and sent the case for a new appeal hearing, as a result of which the guy’s sentence was changed to 3 years of restriction of freedom with a transfer to an open correctional facility.
Since September 13, 2021, he has been serving his sentence in the IUOT in Minsk.
In the fall of 2023, he was released upon expiration of his sentence.
