Matvey is a third-year student at the Minsk College of Entrepreneurship and works as a freight forwarder. Matvey Budnitsky was found guilty of taking an active part in a mass event on October 4 on Masherov and Pobediteley avenues, as well as Pritytsky, Lyubimy, Surganov, Kalvariyskaya and Prilukskaya streets. It was associated with a clear disobedience to police officers, loud applause with hands. Matvey "acted jointly and in concert in group actions, using a mouthpiece" - according to the prosecution, this caused a disruption in the work of transport and enterprises.

Brest resident accused of insulting a judge. On March 29th, 2021, people with machine guns burst into Vital's house and detained him. As part of the criminal case, they wanted to take him to Minsk for a psychiatric examination, but he did not come to the Investigative Committee for summonses. On this occasion it was decided to detain him and put him in custody for two months.

12/08/2022 released after expiration of sentence.

On September 5 and 6, 2023, the Brest District Court considered a new criminal case against Vitaly Zaryadei.

It is not known exactly where and in what condition the Zarodey is located . He did not enter the courtroom.

It is also not known for certain what Zarodey was charged with this time; from the very beginning, Judge Sukhodolskaya closed the process. But the court schedule indicated the articles that were presented to Zarodey: Art. 391 (insulting a judge), part 2 of Art. 368 (insulting Lukashenko), part 1 of Art. 377 (damage to documents) .
