The victim at that time was the deputy head of the Kobrin district police department for ideological work and personnel, police lieutenant colonel Viktor Turchinovich. Peter wrote one word: “shit.” At the trial he did not admit guilt.
According to human rights activists, Peter should have served his sentence in full and been released.
