According to the indictment, on June 22, 2020, Alexander Vaseykin from his mobile phone, "intending to offend a representative of the authorities in connection with the performance of his official duties", from Olga Karach's page on the Odnoklassniki social network under a photo of an Interior Ministry officer detaining a participant in an unauthorized event during the pre-election period , "posted a one-word offensive comment." He used it twice, his post "negatively assessed the actions" of the injured senior lieutenant of the traffic police Igor Volnich.

According to the materials of the investigation, Artem Barashko on the Odnoklassniki social network, using a mobile phone, posted an offensive comment under the photo: “p…r” . In the photo, which at one time made a lot of noise on the Internet, the victim presses his knee on one of the protesters in the neck. Artem Barashko is 37 years old. He works in one of the locomotive depots as a train driver on the Belarusian Railway.

According to the prosecution, on December 19, 2020, from 16:00 to 17:00, while in Minsk in the Pervomaisky district, Yulia Kuksa, having the intent to publicly insult a representative of the authorities, put Kasyanchik in the eyes of the public in a humiliating position, left an insulting comment in the telegram chat “Partisans ". The comment was left under a message with the personal data of Alina Kasyanchik and information about the trial for the inscription “Let's not forget! We won't forgive!"
