Andrei is a Belarusian YouTuber known for his provocative videos with officials. During the 2020 elections, his wife Olga was an independent observer, and Andrei withdrew her complaint to the commission, for which he was arrested for 15 days. Due to persecution, he left for Lithuania, where he continued to call officials and created a satirical duet "Red Green" with Margarita Levchuk — they released videos on YouTube ridiculing the Belarusian authorities.
In March 2024, a criminal case was opened against him as part of a special proceeding, including articles on "inciting hatred" and "creating an extremist group." In June, Andrei was convicted in absentia, found guilty of leading the "Rudobelskaya show" and other "crimes," and sentenced to imprisonment and a large fine.

The Minsk resident was accused of writing an online comment on October 22, 2021 towards the senior inspector of the criminal executive inspection of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Sovetsky District of Minsk. According to the court ruling, Alexander saw a publication in a telegram channel with a photograph and personal data of the inspector, under which he left a comment in the chat of the telegram channel. The man fully admitted his guilt.
The policewoman about whom the comment was written demanded 1,000 rubles in compensation for moral damage.
After the verdict was announced, Alexander was released in the courtroom.
Alexander Saevich has a higher education and works as a manager in a limited liability company.

Now they told her that they were ready to give her the phone, so they invited her to the police department.
The essence of the accusation is unknown. It is known that she was detained under Art. 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
