Yulia, a volunteer for the Country for Life foundation, was detained on July 9, 2021, as part of a "KGB operation to purge radicals" and placed in pretrial detention on charges of financing the activities of an extremist group.

In May 2022, the preventive measure was changed to a travel ban, after which Yulia left Belarus before the trial began.

Tatyana, a volunteer, was detained on July 9, 2021, during a "large-scale KGB operation to purge radicals" as part of a criminal case. Despite having a young son at home, she was transferred to a pretrial detention center and charged with "financing the activities of an extremist group."

In May 2022, the measure of restraint was changed to a written undertaking not to leave. Tatyana left Belarus before the trial began.

On July 8, 2021, he was detained in connection with a case of “group actions grossly violating public order,” and his apartment was searched.

Released on July 21, 2021 on bail. Later left Belarus.

Viktor was convicted under the article "Hooliganism committed by a group of persons" for applying graffiti and inscriptions at bus stops. He fully compensated for the material damage in a pre-trial manner and admitted his guilt.

In September 2021, the sentence was replaced by "house arrest" as part of a pardon.

Alexander was convicted for a comment on Instagram on the channel "Typical Vitebsk" addressed to the PPS sergeant Vitaly Shnyavin, and sentenced to restriction of freedom with direction. He managed to leave Belarus before the start of serving his sentence.

In January 2025, a court hearing in absentia was held regarding Alexander to replace the restriction of freedom with imprisonment in a penal colony.

In November 2020, Elena took part in a medical protest at the 1st City Clinical Hospital, after which she was fined for participating in an unauthorized mass event. In March 2021, the doctor who worked at the children's clinic was fired.

In July 2021, she was convicted under the article "Insulting a government official", sentenced to restriction of freedom without direction and ordered to pay compensation to police officer Grushevsky.

In December of the same year, Elena was convicted again under the same article - for a comment addressed to the district police inspector of the Central District of Gomel, Artem Zhevnyak. The court again imposed a restriction of freedom and ordered her to pay a large compensation.

Galina was convicted for a comment left about Dragichin police officer Yuri Chernyshkov on the social network Odnoklassniki.

According to the case materials, on March 5, 2021, Elena left an offensive comment under an article about Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Gennady Kazakevich using the Internet in the Telegram channel "Typical Belarus". She was sentenced to restriction of freedom without direction.

Evgeny was detained on February 26, 2021. He was accused of publishing the personal data of GUBOPiK MIA employees Ivan Tarasik and Alexander Aleksa in a Telegram chat on December 28, 2020, while intoxicated. He added a threat to them and an offensive comment about their place of residence to this data.

In addition, Evgenia was found guilty under the articles “Theft” and “Evasion of serving a sentence” for failure to comply with the sentence of “house arrest” in the previous case.

On September 11, 2025, it became known that 52 prisoners of the Belarusian regime were forcibly transferred to the territory of Lithuania. Among them are citizens of European countries. Among those released is Yevgeny Semenov.

Vadim was convicted for participating in a peaceful protest - a march in support of political prisoners, which took place on October 4, 2020 in Minsk, and sentenced to restriction of freedom without direction.

Alexey, the former first deputy chairman of the board of Belgazprombank, was convicted in July 2021 as part of the "Babariko case" under the article "accepting a bribe" and sentenced to restriction of freedom without referral.

Natalia was accused of slandering the Prosecutor General of Belarus Andrei Shved and sentenced to restriction of freedom with referral. According to the investigation, on February 1, 2021, she wrote from her mobile phone in the public chat "Kuluary KYKY" under a post about increasing responsibility for extremism that "the Prosecutor General is a criminal", thereby disseminating false information. Shved estimated the moral damage at 10,000 rubles, the court reduced the amount of compensation by only 1,000 rubles.

Natalia left Belarus before she began serving her sentence.

In January 2025, as part of a special proceeding on Natalia's case, a court hearing in absentia was held to replace the restriction of freedom with imprisonment in a penal colony.

Nadezhda was found guilty of the fact that from November 9 to 23, 2020, she intentionally and in an indecent manner posted a comment under a YouTube video in which the traffic police in Bobruisk seized a car without reason, with a negative assessment of government officials - police major Oleg Banduro, senior lieutenant Drozd and junior lieutenant Anisichkov - with the content "They are recruiting idiots", which harms their honor and dignity.

Rostislav was found guilty of insulting three employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs through comments on one of the Telegram channels recognized by the Belarusian authorities as extremist, and was sentenced to restriction of freedom with a referral.

Tatyana was convicted for a comment left on August 14, 2020, on the social network Odnoklassniki under a photo of police officer Yuri Chernyshkov. According to the prosecution, she publicly insulted a government official in order to undermine the authority of state bodies. The examination considered her words a negative assessment. The court sentenced Tatyana to restricted freedom.
