The author of the YouTube channel “Slutsk for Life” was detained in May 2020 near Minsk after a meeting with “Country for Life” readers in Mogilev. He spent 40 days of administrative arrest. He was then taken into custody as part of a criminal case and convicted of “calling for violations of public order” and insulting an official.
On January 14, 2023, he was released after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.
