According to the case file, in September 2021, Sergei Tsigib was scrolling through his social media feed and saw a video titled "Policeman Who Will Receive Two Life Sentences." He liked the video, which subsequently appeared on Tsigib's personal Odnoklassniki page. It's worth noting that Tsigib himself has never participated in protests and has never been arrested for politically motivated administrative offenses.
