According to eyewitnesses, she does not leave the courtroom to make a decision, but reads out sentences prepared in advance, violating the procedures of justice.
In May 2020, she issued administrative offenses for participating in a meeting of subscribers of the Country for Life channel and for tagging Nexta in an Instagram post.
In September 2020, she tried police veteran Igor Asanovich, who was convicted of participating in a protest march.
In 2019, she tried civil activist Olesya Sadovskaya under Article 364 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (violence against a police officer). But she was convicted under Part 2 of Article 363 of the Criminal Code (resisting a police officer with the use of violence). As a result, Kokhanovskaya deprived her of the opportunity to fully raise her young daughter for three years.
Her actions raise serious concerns about the independence and impartiality of judicial processes in the Republic of Belarus.

Igor was first convicted for unfurling a banner reading, "While there is lawlessness in the country, resistance is our duty," blocking traffic. He was given a large fine.
Later, he was convicted again for insulting the authorities through a comment in the chat "Molodechno for Life" and was assigned a preventive measure in the form of "house arrest". Igor has a disability, as he is missing one leg.
At the end of 2024, it became known that Igor had been detained again and placed in custody. In July 2025, he was convicted under the article "Assistance to extremist activity", sentenced to imprisonment and a large fine.
The victim, Bobruisk police officer Andrei Komar , did not appear at the hearing, but asked for a thousand rubles in compensation for moral damages.
On November 18, 2021, the Molodechno and Molodechno District Court issued a verdict . Volkovsky must also pay 1,000 rubles to the victim.

Dmitry, an entrepreneur and former police officer, was arrested in July 2021 and sentenced to 12 days of administrative arrest. He was not released after serving his sentence and was transferred to a pretrial detention center on August 4 of that year as part of a criminal case opened under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in such actions."
On November 16, 2021, Dmitry was found guilty of "calling for protests and leaking security forces' data" and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.
He was released in October 2022, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
