Igor, a consultant for Radio Liberty and administrator of the "Belarus of the Brain" Telegram channel, was arrested on June 25, 2020, on charges of "participating in group actions that grossly violate public order." However, he was later convicted of "organizing mass riots" as part of the Tikhanovsky criminal case.
According to human rights activists, the defendants in the case are required to pay compensation in the amount of 29 million rubles.
On September 11, 2025, it was announced that 52 political prisoners of the Belarusian regime had been forcibly transferred to Lithuania. Among them were citizens of European countries. Igor Losik was among those released.
Viktor, a member of the initiative group of presidential candidate Viktor Babariko, an independent observer at the 2020 elections at the Khatezhino polling station and a volunteer, was detained on December 6, 2020. He was convicted of hanging effigies with photographs of the Minister of Internal Affairs and the chairman of the Khatezhino election commission on the bridge with the inscription "We will not forget, we will not forgive!", as well as for applying images of the Belarusian coat of arms "Pahonia" to the structures and supports of the bridge.
He was released in September 2024, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

According to the telegram channels of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Daria is accused of facilitating extremist activities in the form of a conversation with the Belsat TV channel in the spring of 2022, despite the fact that the TV channel was recognized as an extremist formation in November 2021. Such an interview, according to the authors of the post, may entail criminal liability under Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code on facilitating extremist activity.

Nikita, the younger brother of political prisoner Ihar Losik, was allegedly detained in April 2025 on charges of “assisting extremist activity” for allegedly forwarding several photographs of military equipment moving in 2022 to the Telegram channel “Belaruski Gayun”.
Nikita left Belarus before he began serving his sentence.
Orthodox priest, cleric of the parish of the Church of the Epiphany in Minsk. During the arrest, GUBOPiK broke down the doors in Vladislav's apartment. Pro-government telegram channels report that the priest was subscribed to "extremist" telegram channels and forwarded information from them to his mother. On December 19, 10 days in custody expired, which priest Vladislav Bogomolnikov spent as a suspect in a criminal case under Art. 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, he was released on bail, but is still a defendant in a criminal case. Before that, he spent 100 days in Akrestsina, serving seven arrests in a row on administrative charges.
Trial outcome:
On October 28, 2022, he was convicted for the fifth time under an administrative article for 15 days. In total, on this date, he spent 59 days behind bars.
On November 5, 2022, he was sentenced to a day for the seventh time. In total, Vladislav spent 100 days on the day, after which a criminal case was opened against him for participating in protests.
