On the morning of July 1, the car of pro-Russian activist Sergei Yudaev with Crimean license plates and a large "Z" on the hood was parked near the Polotsk police department and was covered in white paint. A few days later, employees of the regional police department allegedly detained the guilty 53-year-old Ilya Dvoirin - at least, a video of the detention appeared on the official website of the Vitebsk Regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. A criminal case has been opened against him.
Tatyana was detained during a "grabber" in Dzerzhinsk in early April and placed in custody. She and her husband were identified from a group photo from a protest in 2020.
As stated in the court order, the surrender was written by Elena voluntarily on 04/04/2023. The woman was accused of taking part in a protest rally in Minsk on October 25, 2020 and going out onto the roadway. Elena was identified from photographs from the protest found on the Internet. Before the trial, the woman was on bail in the amount of 37,000 rubles. Elena fully admitted her guilt and repented of her deed.
Elena Milaeva has a higher education, she is raising a minor child. She worked as an economist in an open joint-stock company.

1.5 years of restriction of freedom without a referral.
