Before the trial, a preventive measure in the form of house arrest was applied to Viktor Pilzhis - from September 12, 2022. This means that Pilzhis was forbidden to leave the house, use the Internet and communications.

In addition to the sentence of two years in prison, the court ordered Viktor Pilzhis to pay two security officials 10,000 Belarusian rubles as compensation for their moral damage.

On December 6, 2022, the appeal was considered and the verdict entered into force.

On January 4, 2023, the appeal against the verdict was considered.

On November 2, 2022, in the court of the Bobruisk district and the city of Bobruisk, Judge Pavel Kartinin made a decision on the case "On parole from the main punishment in the form of correctional labor." On February 8, 2023, in the court of the Mozyr district, the subject of the hearing was "bringing the sentence into line with the new criminal law."

On April 19, 2023, Judge Pavel Kartinin made a decision on the case "On the termination of compulsory security measures and treatment."

On February 27, 2024, the Borisovsky District Court assigned the case "On the establishment of preventive supervision", but already on June 11, 2024, Judge Lyudmila Zinkevich considered the case under Part 1 of Article 411 of the Criminal Code (Malicious disobedience to the requirements of the administration of a correctional institution executing a sentence of imprisonment). On September 6, 2024, the appeal will be considered.

The former MSLU teacher was detained in early October 2022 as part of a criminal case for participating in protests. She was detained by at least six law enforcement officers.

Prior to that, during the year Natalia was detained four times and tried on politically motivated administrative articles.

According to the materials of the prosecution, at the end of September 2021, Oleg Dutchik posted in vk.com a comment in which he spoke negatively about the death of an employee of the State Security Committee Dmitry Fedosyuk in Minsk.

In addition, over the past year, the man has repeatedly posted negative statements in various communities with insults to the president, humiliated his honor and dignity.

The last post in his account in vk.ru it was made on March 27 and was as follows: «Arrest is a restriction of freedom».

During the trial, the man pleaded not guilty.

In August 2020, in protest against the violent dispersal of peaceful actions, Semchenko resigned. Dmitry and his wife were detained on September 15 in Minsk. Leonid's first trial took place in the fall of 2022; he was charged under Article 369 and sentenced to restriction of freedom without referral.

The second trial was announced in August 2024. Leonid is accused of "financing the activities of an extremist group" (Article 361-2 of the Criminal Code) and "recruiting, training or preparing for participation in a war, as well as providing material support for such activities" (Part 2 of Article 361-3 of the Criminal Code). The man was probably found to have donated to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The sentence is most likely related to imprisonment.

Leonid has a higher education , his last place of work was the private enterprise "Gomelstalstandart ".

According to pro-government telegram channels, he was detained for participating in protests in 2020 and for comments on social networks.

On March 28, 2023, an appeal hearing was held. The verdict has entered into force.

Ivan first held the position of investigator in Malorita, then transferred as an investigator to the Kobrin District Department of Internal Affairs. He had the rank of lieutenant.

According to information from the GUBOPiK video, he resigned from the law enforcement agencies and began mining cryptocurrencies. According to security officials, Ivan transmitted information about his colleagues to various telegram channels.

According to the prosecution, Kolpak posted in September 2020 in an open access Telegram chat negative comments addressed to police officers, civil servants, government officials, in which he encouraged and called for violence against representatives of these social groups. The man was also accused that from August 8 to September 28, 2020 in Minsk, using publications in a Telegram chat, which consisted of over 8.5 thousand people, repeatedly posted text articles in which he urged drivers to create congestion on the roads, sabotage going to work and protest, including with the closure of traffic.

Sergey is a resident of Soligorsk and is on the same criminal case with Oleg Gavrilov, Alexander and Tatiana Birulyami. They were detained for distributing protest newspapers on December 13, 2021, but during the investigation the list of articles of the Criminal Code under which they are accused has grown to five. Already at the trial, the case was sent for additional investigation, during which political prisoners were included in the «The list of terrorists».

Sergei Ryabtsev was detained on September 30, 2021, initially for a comment following the death of State Security Committee officer Dmitry Fedosyuk and IT specialist Andrei Zeltser in a shootout in Minsk. Sergei was summoned to the military registration and enlistment office, where security forces were already waiting for him. Then, in his absence, a search was conducted in the guy's house.

In early September 2022, it became known that the State Security Committee included Ryabtsev's name in the "List of persons involved in terrorist activities."

The Grodno Regional Court sentenced Sergei on November 4, 2022.

On 24.01.2023, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.

At the trial, he did not admit guilt under the Art. 342 and Art. 364.
