As it became known, the case was already going to court, forensic examinations were carried out — but suddenly the man was charged with another criminal article. This time according to Part 3 of Article 361 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
The first sentence was pronounced on 11/28/2022 , Sergei is waiting for a second trial.
