The guys united in a Telegram group, which was recognized as an extremist group in early November." They allegedly "had to find perpetrators to destroy infrastructure facilities and organize attacks on law enforcement officers."
On June 21, 2025, Kirill was released after a visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, Keith Kellogg, and was immediately taken to Lithuania.

The man was judged on the basis of a photo on his Instagram page from the August 16, 2020 March, the largest protest in the history of Belarus. Alexei was kept in custody until the trial.
Artyom was convicted in the summer of 2023 under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them" and sentenced to restricted freedom with placement in an open-type institution.
