According to the prosecution, Nikolai Samokhval made an obscene comment towards Lukashenko in the presence of his wife and bailiffs, who came to their apartment to ask questions about their neighbors. The statement was allegedly obscene and humiliated the honor and dignity of Lukashenko, and also assessed him negatively.
Nikolai Vasilyevich did not admit guilt at trial. He said he was at home with his wife when two girls in uniform came to ask about their neighbors. It is worth noting that the expert was unable to determine whether Lukashenko was the object of the negative assessment, since this cannot be done using linguistic methods.
