The woman was accused of going out onto roadways and “blocking and obstructing the path of vehicles” during three protests. Natalya fully admitted her guilt at the trial. She said that she actually took part in three Marches with other people, which she learned about from the media and news. She understood that the holding of these mass events was due to socio-political events in the state, but “she did not take her participation in them seriously.” While participating in the Marches, Natalya took photographs of herself and her husband, as well as those participating in the Marches, on her phone. In total, police found seven photographs from the protests, which were stored on cloud storage. The inspection reports for some photos indicate that “the photographer is located on the roadway.”

From the verdict, which was published on pravo.by, it follows that photos from the protests of the woman were found on the phone during a call to the police department of the Moskovsky district of Minsk.

Before the trial, Natalya was held on bail in the amount of 8,000 rubles.

Presumably, before the trial, the woman was kept in Baranavichy pre-trial detention center No. 6: she herself lives in either the Lyakhovichi or Luninets districts, but in December 2023 she was tried twice in the Baranavichy court under Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (the second time she was tried via Skype). This follows from the decisions of the Baranavichy court regarding Makarova. In those administrative cases, the woman was given 10 days of arrest, a fine of 20 basic (740 rubles) and her phone was confiscated.
