In July 2022, she was found guilty of "inciting hatred or discord," "insulting a government official," and "insulting Lukashenko," and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.

In September 2022, Emma's pretrial detention was changed and she was transferred from the pretrial detention facility to house arrest.
In November 2022, she was found guilty of "insulting a government official" and "insulting Lukashenko" and taken into custody in the courtroom.
She was released in May 2023, having fully served her sentence.
In October 2024, it became known that a new criminal case had been opened against Emma for "insulting a government official." This was revealed in a news report published in the local district newspaper.

Natalia is a pediatrician, psychiatrist-narcologist, psychotherapist, existential philosopher, and psychologist. She was detained in September 2021 at her workplace—the Minsk Center for Child Psychiatry and Psychotherapy—as part of a criminal case opened for online comments following the deaths of KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk and IT specialist Andrei Zeltser in Minsk. Several hours before her arrest, she was informed of her dismissal.
In September 2022, she was found guilty of "inciting hatred or discord" and "insulting a government official," and sentenced to imprisonment and a large fine.
In January 2023, she was released , having fully served her court-appointed sentence.
On May 27, 2026, special proceedings (a procedure for an in absentia criminal investigation and trial) were initiated against Natalia.

Anna was convicted in the fall of 2021 for a comment she left on the Telegram channel "Punishermen of Belarus" under a post about Senior Assistant Prosecutor Valeria Taratynko, who supported the prosecution in numerous politically motivated cases.
In addition, Taratynko demanded compensation for moral damages, which, in her opinion, were expressed in feelings of anxiety, resentment and humiliation.
Sudnik was initially charged with "insulting a government official" for her remarks about Oleg Gaidukevich. However, since the "crime" was committed during a phone call to 911, it was deemed non-public, and the charges were dropped.
At the same time, a similar argument was not applied to the charge of "insulting Lukashenko." The court found that the police officer, having heard the offensive remarks, passed them on to others, thereby making them public. Ultimately, Sudnik was found guilty of calling the police twice on January 6, 2021, and insulting Lukashenko.

Nadezhda was found guilty in September 2021 of insulting a public official — a police officer — on social media. He failed to appear at the court hearing.

According to the prosecutor, her actions "reduced the aesthetic value of the property, necessitating the removal of the graffiti by painting over it."

Svetlana, a former employee of the Belarusian Metallurgical Plant in Zhlobin, was arrested in the fall of 2021 as part of a criminal case brought against plant employees who supported the strike and were part of the "Rabochy Rukh" (Workers' Movement) initiative, under the article on treason.
On September 21, 2021, this initiative was designated an extremist organization, following which mass arrests of workers took place across the country.
Released on bail in November 2021.
In June 2022, it became known that the criminal case against Svetlana was dropped.
Darina was found guilty in September 2021 of "insulting a government official" for a comment she left on the "Punishermen of Belarus" Telegram channel about a riot police officer. However, neither his name nor the comment itself were disclosed in court.
Yana was arrested in September 2021 in connection with a criminal case opened under the article "Desecration of state symbols." In December of that year, she was found guilty of tearing down a flag on a street in Gomel and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.
She was released in June 2022, having fully served her sentence as imposed by the court.

Olga, a former employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs' Security Department, was convicted in September 2021 for a comment she left on social media under a photograph of a police officer from Babruisk: "It's because of jerks like these that people don't like cops," which, according to the prosecution, insulted him. She was sentenced to restricted freedom without being sent to a correctional facility and ordered to pay compensation. It is also known that after her arrest and interrogation, Olga was fired from her job.
