According to the case materials, on April 3, 2021, at about 5:25 a.m., while intoxicated, he removed the national flag from a building on Lenin Street. He carried it some distance and then threw it on the ground. As a result, the flagpole broke into three parts and the flag was damaged. Damage in the amount of 2 rubles 44 kopecks was compensated.
