According to the materials of the prosecution, on January 26, 2021, Gennady Boris, a 55 year old veteran of the war in Afghanistan, posted an image in red and green with a swastika with a national ornament on his page on the social network ok.ru, and on the same day he posted an image of Alexander Lukashenko in a military uniform against the background on his page swastikas.
The next episode of the case concerns July 26, 2022. Gennady Boris posted a text message in ok.ru in which he indicated that «terrorist No. 1 is wanted» and that an amount of one million euros would be collected for his detention. He further writes that 586 000 euros have already been reserved for whoever arrests Lukashenko.
The man admitted his guilt in the deed.

Sergei was detained on September 19, 2022 according to photos from the protests. The man was accused of participating in the Unity March in Minsk on September 6, 2020, walking along Independence Avenue and obstructing public transport. He was also charged with using the national Belarusian flag. The man fully admitted his guilt.
Sergei has a higher education, raises a minor child. He worked in a private company as the head of the sales department.

As stated by the investigation, Ruslan from February 2017 to November 2020 posted on his page in ok.ru publications with insulting and slanderous statements against Lukashenko. There were also accusations of Lukashenko's murder in the publications.

This is the first verdict in Belarus in a criminal case, which was investigated within the framework of "special proceedings". Ex-chairman of BSSF Alexandra Herasimenia and executive director of the fund Alexander Opeikin were found guilty of calling for sanctions and other actions aimed at harming the national security of Belarus.

According to the prosecution’s position , Stepanyuk was detained at 01:50 at night under Article 24.4 of the Administrative Code, he was taken in a police car to the police department, and on the way to the police station, Stepanyuk spoke insultingly about the police and Alexander Lukashenko using profanity, everything was recorded on the video recorder. Andrei Stepanyuk made a full admission of guilt at the trial. During the investigation, he identified himself on video recordings. As aggravating circumstances, they are asked to take into account a recent conviction under Article 149 of the Criminal Code, and as a mitigating circumstance - the presence of a dependent small child.
On 02/03/2023, the appeal was considered and the verdict came into force.
According to human rights activists, he will be released in the winter of 2024 after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.
