The reason for the criminal case was a woman’s comment on Instagram with the following content: “The Belarusian leadership will not do anything against the RACISTS!!! They feed her!!!!” It was this phrase that was considered “inciting hostility.”
On March 22, 2024, the appeal was considered and the verdict came into force.
