Trusov has grown at least three seedlings with the help of a personal computer case, light and other necessary equipment for growing cannabis. He also kept drugs in his car.

Minsktrans filed a claim for compensation for damage caused in the amount of almost 29 thousand rubles . Alena Busheva also decided to apply “compulsory security measures and treatment for chronic alcoholism and drug addiction” to Alexey at the place where he was serving his sentence.
At the time of his arrest, Alexey Maltsev had an outstanding criminal record and was serving a sentence of restriction of freedom without being sent to the Penitentiary Labor Inspectorate: 2 months and 3 days remained before the expiration of the term at the time of arrest.
