The father of three minor children (born in 2013, 2016 and 2019) was detained at the end of October 2023 and placed in custody pending trial.
According to the prosecution, in September 2020, Ivan Stankevich, together with other persons, took an active part in group actions that grossly violated public order and involved clear disobedience to the legal demands of police officers, violated public order, went out onto the roadway and interfered with the operation of public transport.
