In 2024, it became known that a new criminal case had been opened against Nadezhda as part of a special proceeding and she had been convicted in absentia under the article on “assistance to extremist activity.”

Yuri was convicted of participating in a protest that took place on September 6, 2020, in Grodno. According to the prosecution, he actively participated in the unauthorized rally and march, blocking the entrance to a Belarusbank branch and part of the sidewalk, and then blocking traffic. He did not respond to demands to cease his actions. Damages to the transport company were estimated at 71.69 rubles.
He was convicted of participating in the March on September 6, 2020. The «Unity March» in Grodno was then marked by harsh detentions, during which security forces sprayed tear gas against protesters.

On August 12, 2022, he was detained for participating in the 2020 protests, as well as for comments regarding law enforcement officials in Grodno, beaten with a knife, and sent to a temporary detention facility.
On August 13, 2022, he was sent from the temporary detention facility to the Grodno hospital, after which Denis managed to leave the territory of the Republic of Belarus. As of October 2025, several criminal cases have been opened (Articles 368, 369, 342), and he is on the interstate wanted list (RB-RF).
Dmitry was convicted for a conflict with traffic police officers during the brutal dispersal of a protest that took place in Grodno on August 13, 2020.

He was detained on October 1, 2021 for participating in the Unity March in Grodno on September 6, 2020, and a week later a preventive measure in the form of detention was chosen against him. The man was held in the Grodno prison until the trial.
The verdict was announced on December 13, 2021.

Leonid was detained in connection with a criminal case opened in connection with the events of August 2020. He was convicted of participating in a protest that took place on August 9, 2020, in Grodno after the results of the presidential elections were announced. Leonid was sentenced to restriction of freedom with referral to a correctional facility, he was released from custody in the courtroom before the verdict came into force.
He was released in the fall of 2023, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

According to human rights activists, Pyotr was released in the summer of 2024, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
