Dmitry was at large as a suspect in this case (under Article 342 of the Criminal Code - active participation in group actions that grossly violate public order). On March 12, 2021, he was arrested and placed in pre-sentence custody. On March 15, 2021, he was sentenced to 1 year and 8 months of imprisonment in a general regime colony.
The political prisoner was kept in pre-trial detention center No. 7; in November 2021, it became known about his transfer to penal colony No. 15.
In April 2023, it became known that Dmitry was sentenced to another 5 months in prison under Art. 411 of the Criminal Code (malicious disobedience to the requirements of the colony administration). According to information from released political prisoners, Dmitry was also convicted under Article 209. UCC RB

Initially, Anton was detained along with his mother Irina in the “Autukhovich case.” However, on December 24, 2021, the charges against him under Article 289 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus were dropped, and a new charge was brought against him under Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus for participating in a protest that took place in September 2020 in Brest.
On September 2, 2022, he was transferred to house arrest, and on October 17, 2022, Anton was released in the courtroom upon expiration of his sentence.
