Kirill Ivanov, a Minsk resident, was sentenced to two years of "house arrest" for a comment about a border service employee. A criminal case was opened against him for a comment in the fall of 2021 in the Telegram channel "Lukashenko's Mustache" under a video about the head of the communications department of the State Border Committee. While serving his sentence, correspondence was found on the man's phone in which the Minsk resident expressed support for Ukraine. They began to put a lot of pressure on Kirill and threatened to send him to a penal colony. Due to the threat of danger, the man left Belarus.

Gomel resident Elena Totskaya attended many trials of opponents of the authorities of the Republic of Belarus. She previously worked in public service, but in 2020 she became an activist and volunteer.
She was detained as a result of a massive raid by security forces on January 23-24, 2024 on relatives of political prisoners and people who sent parcels and letters to political prisoners.
She is involved in the case together with Natalia Zakharchenko. The women are accused under articles on failure to report a crime (Part 2 of Article 406 of the Criminal Code) and espionage (Article (Article 358 of the Criminal Code). The trial will be held behind closed doors.
Natalia Zakharenko traveled to Belarus from the second half of 2022. She helped Ukrainians who were stuck in Belarus and could not get out of the country on their own. She traveled to Belarus in her own car. Zakharenko helped take about 30 people out of Belarus. During another trip to Belarus, the woman disappeared.
On 24.05.2024, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.

Ilya was arrested in late October 2023 and convicted twice under Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus ( distribution, production, storage, and transportation of information products containing calls for extremist activity or promoting such activity). A criminal case was then opened for slander against A. Lukashenko.
According to human rights activists , he will be released in the fall of 2025.
The 23-year-old man is accused of slandering Lukashenko under Part 1 and Part 2 of Art. 367 of the Criminal Code. The trial began on February 13.
Patskov was allegedly detained in December 2023. Before his arrest, for some time he served as the acting director of the unitary enterprise Petrikovsky District Housing Communkhoz.
Vasily was reportedly held in custody from December 19 to 21, 2023. He was found guilty of allegedly making an insulting statement about Lukashenko on November 18, 2023, while in the Pruzhany District Hospital. He was taken there after a traffic police officer stopped him while intoxicated while riding a bicycle. Prior to his trial, Vasily was under a travel restriction.

Sergei and his wife were detained in November 2023. Before the trial, Sergei was in custody, and Tatyana was under recognizance, since the family had two minor children.
According to the prosecution , in August 2020, Sergei and Tatyana took part in an unauthorized mass event, together with the protesters they marched through public places in the city, the central square, and Zhilibert Park. At the same time, they showed a pre-made poster measuring approximately 2.5 x 3 meters, on which a text containing slanderous information against the president was written in black and red colors, thereby deliberately spreading slanderous information against him in connection with his execution powers of the head of state.
The accused Sergei Chizh fully admitted his guilt at the court hearing. He explained that the poster was heavy, and it was soon rolled up, and after the procession, Sergei burned it.
Tatyana Chizh did not admit guilt to the charges, explaining that she was depressed due to the serious illness of her mother, who is disabled.

In March 2024, a criminal case was opened against Ilya as part of a special proceeding, within the framework of which in June of the same year he was convicted in absentia for participating in an “extremist formation” - “Rudobelskaya show-off”, sentenced to 8 years of imprisonment and a fine of 700 basic units.
