Andrey, a private entrepreneur and hairdresser, was arrested and convicted of “violence or threat of violence against employees of the internal affairs bodies and an official” for messages left on the social network “VKontakte” addressed to riot police officers and the head of the department of educational work with youth of the Moscow State Linguistic University, which “disturbed the psychological and mental peace of the victims.”
He was released in November 2023, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
Vladimir was arrested and convicted for allegedly snatching an Osa traumatic pistol from a police officer during the March of Heroes protest on September 13, 2020, and inflicting bodily harm on OMON officers.

Grigoriy, the BPF presidential candidate in the 2010 elections and the party's chairman, was arrested on April 12, 2021, in a criminal case opened under the article "conspiracy or other actions committed with the aim of seizing state power." Vitaly was arrested in March 2021 and convicted of "insulting" several Brest judges and Lukashenko. The charges were based on the fact that he filed claims in the court registry containing "negative assessments" that were recognized by experts as offensive.
