On the second day of the trial, all defendants pleaded not guilty to treason and the creation of an extremist group . Andrei Pogerilo pleaded only to the charge of slander. All defendants in the "Rabochag Rukh case" refused to testify. On December 27, the trial was closed pending a verdict, although it had previously been open to the public.

✍️️ Remember that every letter is censored. This means that your letters are read by strangers whose main goal is to limit inmates' access to information or to use it against the prisoners or even you.

👉 statements against the authorities and public servants
👉 foul language
👉 discussion of the circumstances of the criminal case
