In December 2024, Kristina Sashnikova was convicted of participating in protests under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code. It appears she received a non-custodial sentence.

It is unknown whether the girl was released then, but she ended up back in pretrial detention. In September 2025, Kristina was convicted again. She was charged with "financing extremist activity" (Article 361-2 of the Criminal Code), "calls for actions aimed at causing harm to Belarus" (Part 3 of Article 361 of the Criminal Code), and "inciting hatred" (Part 1 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code).

The exact sentence, as well as the nature of the charges, are unknown.

Andrei Loboda is 54 years old. He is a resident of Minsk and graduated from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (then the Minsk Radiotechnical Institute) in 1993. Since then, he has worked in the banking sector.

Andrey was detained in April 2024. On April 12, he was sentenced to administrative arrest for "dissemination of extremist materials." After that, a criminal case was opened against him. In the GUBOPiK video, he says that he made a donation to the "Country for Life" foundation and wrote comments.

Ukrainian ranger Vyacheslav Borodiy was detained on September 1, 2023, in the Yelsky district of Belarus, bordering the Zhytomyr region of Ukraine. It is known that Vyacheslav was born in the Zhytomyr region, lived in Mozyr for some time, and then returned to Ukraine and worked as a ranger, raising three children. The film said that after the start of a full-scale war, Borodiy allegedly underwent training at the training center of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and that "since March 2023, in addition to the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, he began to cooperate with the Security Service of Ukraine."

Vladimir Sitkovich is 57 years old. He comes from the small village of Pushcha in the Sharkovshchinsky district of the Vitebsk region. In 1991, he graduated from Polotsk State University. For a long time, Vladimir worked and lived in Vitebsk, and in recent years he managed the boiler room at the Vitebsk oil extraction plant.

Vladimir is a biker, participated in local biker races.

In 2016, 2018 and 2019, he was an observer at local and parliamentary elections. Vladimir's other political activity is unknown, and his social networks are also neutral.

At the end of May 2024, state media reported the detention of two Belarusian citizens at the Belarusian-Lithuanian border: one of them was on the international wanted list and was attempting to illegally cross the border into Lithuania, the other was a driver.

In a "confession video," Alexander admitted that in 2021 he left comments "approving" of the actions of Andrei Zeltser, who died in a shootout with KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk. Alexander is known to have lived in the United States for a long time.

In February 2025, he was convicted on four criminal charges, but the outcome of the sentence is still unknown. He is also reported to have serious health problems.

Anastasia's trial will begin on October 31 in the Minsk City Court. She is charged under three articles: "slander against Lukashenko" (Part 2 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code), "calls for sanctions" (Part 3 of Article 361 of the Criminal Code), and "incitement of hatred" (Part 1 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code). The girl faces four to twelve years in prison.

She worked as a programmer in the Minsk office of Exadel. This is a large IT company from the USA, which employs several thousand people.

Evgeniy is a former IT manager from Mogilev. After the 2006 elections and several years of political activism, he was expelled from the history department of Mogilev University. He graduated from the history department in Poznan and worked as a manager at an IT company, supplying dairy products. In 2013, Evgeniy returned to Belarus, immediately got married, and then went to work. While he had previously focused primarily on public and academic activities (in the student ethnographic society and the oral history archive), he has now gone into business.

And since the beginning of 2017, he has taken on a new occupation: at the request of clients, he has recorded interviews with their village grandparents and edited documentaries.

He is accused of aiding extremist activity.

Evgeniya has a wife and two small children waiting for her at home.

Dmitry was arrested on November 27, and then on December 11, 2023, and convicted under Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Distribution, production, storage, transportation of information products containing calls for extremist activity or promoting such activity). Judges - Podolyanets Artem and Nikolai Kmita.

He was held in the temporary detention facility of the Baranovichi City Department of Internal Affairs. Afterwards, a criminal case was opened and he was transferred to the pretrial detention facility No. 7 in Brest. Oksana Viktorovna Molochko was convicted along with him.

Before his arrest, he was engaged in handicrafts and was self-employed.

On November 27, 2023, Oksana was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. She was later placed in pretrial detention center No. 7.

In the summer of 2024, the spouses were convicted of "treason" (Part 1 of Article 356 of the Criminal Code). Dmitry was sentenced to twelve years in prison, and Oksana to eight years. The essence of the charges is unknown.
