A graduate of the History Department of BSU, Monzul later completed his master's degree (2012) and doctoral studies (2016), authoring over 20 scientific papers.
Since 2017, Monzul has worked at the National Archives, where he later became deputy head of the information retrieval systems department and was recognized as the best archivist in Belarus in 2020.
The exact nature of the charges, as well as the sentence, are unknown. However, it is known that after March 2025, the man was dismissed from the National Archives.
Notably, on October 19, 2020, Vladimir filed a political denunciation with the police, reporting a leaflet calling for a nationwide strike that he found on a notice board in the entryway of a building on Alesya Bachily Street. The consequences of his actions are unknown.

Yuri is a businessman and one of the coordinators of Viktor Babariko's campaign headquarters. He was arrested on August 12, 2020, on criminal charges of "mass riots" and "blocking transport communications." A report on the Belarus 1 television channel portrayed him as the organizer of protests in the Uruchye neighborhood of Minsk.
While behind bars, he was the only prisoner to give interviews to state media criticizing Lukashenko's opponents. On October 10, 2020, Yuri attended a meeting of political prisoners with Lukashenko at the KGB pretrial detention center, and on October 11, he was released on bail and under a written undertaking not to leave the country and to behave properly.
Igor was arrested and convicted in 2025 for "assisting extremist activity" in a criminal case opened after Belarusian security forces gained access to the chats of a bot used by the Gayun monitoring project, where users reported information about Russian troop movements.

Victor graduated from the Physics Department of BSU in 2008 and simultaneously received a second higher education in economic cybernetics.
In recent years, Victor worked as a research fellow in the industry laboratory of radiation safety at the Institute of Nuclear Problems of BSU, where he conducted research.
Victor is a co-author of publications for the Future Circular Collider (FCC) project, an ambitious European supercollider project designed to replace the Large Hadron Collider. His work is cited in prestigious international journals—one paper he co-authored has been cited nearly 1,100 times.
Besides science, Viktor is a member of the Open Source community and a promoter of the Belarusian language in IT. In his comments, he wrote that he is translating and integrating the Ubuntu, Inkscape, and GNOME interfaces so that Belarusians can comfortably use free software in their native language.

Valentina Logvin was born in the Chernihiv region of Ukraine. She graduated from Kyiv State University (1972) and completed her postgraduate studies at the Institute of Physiology of the Academy of Sciences of Belarus (1982). She holds a PhD in Biology (1986). Since 1976, she has worked as a lecturer at the Belarusian State University of Physical Education.
Valentina headed the Sich Ukrainian Cultural Center in Minsk, which was liquidated in 2023.
