Artyom was found guilty in August 2021 of libel against police officer Yuri Rybak, a coach for a sports team of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus. The case file included a report of the crime scene and vehicle inspection, where documents were confiscated containing text in which Artyom alleged that Rybak was pressuring athletes. Andrey, a technical supervision engineer from Volkovysk, was arrested in the spring of 2021 in a criminal case opened under the article "organizing mass riots." In September of that year, he was convicted of "calling for participation in mass riots" by posting a message on November 15, 2020, in the Telegram chat "Luka's Gang." Andrey pleaded not guilty at his trial.

On September 11, 2025, it was announced that 52 prisoners of the Belarusian regime had been forcibly transferred to Lithuania, including citizens of European countries. Andrei was among those released.
