On September 11, 2025, it was announced that 52 prisoners of the Belarusian regime had been forcibly transferred to Lithuania, including citizens of European countries. Andrei was among those released.

Dmitry was convicted in August 2021 for allegedly sending text messages on the evening of August 16, 2020, to Sergei Semenov, the head of the Rogachev Pretrial Detention Center and an officer at the city's police station. The messages contained verbal aggression and threats against the officer and his family members related to his official duties. These actions were considered a threat of violence.
