According to the materials of the prosecution, in the evening of March 4, 2022, Olga Kovaleva, using a pink aerosol can, applied several anti-war inscriptions "X ... war" on the walls of residential buildings, heating networks and in the entrance. She photographed some of them. In total, five cases of inscriptions were recorded, which caused damage to the city's housing and communal services for a total of 161 rubles. At the time of the trial, the defendant fully reimbursed this amount.

Chairman of the Belarusian Congress of Democratic Trade Unions. The BKDP unites several independent trade unions. It includes the Free Trade Union of Belarus (SPB), the Free Trade Union of Metalworkers (SPM), the Belarusian Trade Union of Radio-Electronic Industry Workers (REP) and the Belarusian Independent Trade Union (BNP).
On April 19, 2022, searches were conducted at Alexander's place of work and residence, equipment was seized. Yaroshuk was detained and placed in a pretrial detention center.
