46-year-old Vasily Kroes is a native of Mogilev. Graduated from Minsk State Linguistic University, Faculty of Spanish. At the beginning of the 2000s, he worked as a teacher at the Belarusian-Russian University in Mogilev for a couple of years. Lately I have been translating from Spanish, Portuguese and English as a self-employed entrepreneur.

According to the prosecution, Nikolai Samokhval made an obscene comment towards Lukashenko in the presence of his wife and bailiffs, who came to their apartment to ask questions about their neighbors. The statement was allegedly obscene and humiliated the honor and dignity of Lukashenko, and also assessed him negatively.
Nikolai Vasilyevich did not admit guilt at trial. He said he was at home with his wife when two girls in uniform came to ask about their neighbors. When they were leaving, through his emotions he said the phrase indicated in the expert’s conclusions, but in no way related it to Lukashenko - it referred to the need to change the system as a whole. The prosecution noted that during pre-trial proceedings Samokhval admitted that the phrase was directed towards Lukashenko. It was recorded on the bailiff's video recorder and formed the basis of the charges.
It is worth noting that the expert was unable to determine whether Lukashenko was the object of the negative assessment, since this cannot be done using linguistic methods.

The investigation claims that Vitaly "as part of a crowd of people went out onto the roadway of the Pervomayskaya highway in Zhlobin, occupying (tightly filling) the area between the buildings located along Pervomayskaya Street..., acting jointly and in concert in a group with other people" until one o'clock in the morning, interfered with the movement of public transport, clapped his hands, whistled, loudly shouted slogans and "demonstratively and disdainfully, openly refused to comply with the demands of government officials."

Olga was accused of watching two videos about police officers on the Belarus Brain telegram channel and leaving comments in their direction that the court considered offensive. The comments concerned a police major, senior district inspector, as well as a police major, district inspector of the Zhodino City Department of Internal Affairs. Olga fully admitted her guilt.
The woman's sentence was changed from detention to a written undertaking not to leave the place and was released in the courtroom.
Olga Kuranchik has a secondary specialized education, worked as a nurse at the Zhemchuzhina sanatorium, and has a dependent minor child.
