A 34-year-old individual entrepreneur from Minsk. Roman was detained for participating in protests on the night of August 9, 2020, near the Pushkinskaya metro station; a pro-government channel published a video of him. In the video, Roman says that he participated in rallies in August 2020, and that in October 2020, together with his friends, he pasted "protest symbols" on lampposts in the area of Yakubovsky Street.
