On February 13, 2024, an appeal hearing was held and the verdict came into force.

Natalya Zakharenko is involved in the case together with Larisa. The women are accused of failure to report a crime (Part 2 of Article 406 of the Criminal Code) and espionage (Article 358 of the Criminal Code). The trial will be held behind closed doors.

Natalya Zakharenko has been traveling to Belarus since the second half of 2022. She helped Ukrainians who were stuck in Belarus and could not get out on their own, leave the country. She traveled to Belarus in her own car. Zakharanka helped smuggle about 30 people out of Belarus. During another trip to Belarus, the woman disappeared.

The 23-year-old man is accused of slandering Lukashenko under Part 1 and Part 2 of Art. 367 of the Criminal Code. The trial began on February 13.

Patskov was allegedly detained in December 2023. Before his arrest, for some time he served as the acting director of the unitary enterprise Petrikovsky District Housing Communkhoz.

On November 23, 2023, he was convicted under an administrative article for distributing, producing, storing information products containing calls for extremist activities or promoting such activities. Apparently at the same time a criminal case was opened under Article 367. Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus. He was most likely kept in custody until the trial. The court sentence is presumably related to imprisonment.

On April 12, 2024, the appeal was considered and the verdict entered into force.

On February 2, 2024, a telegram channel close to the Brest GUBOPiK published a repentant video with Timur Lozko.

In the video, security forces showed how men with shields and weapons, in full uniform, burst into the house. This is followed by footage where Timur Aleksandrovich, with his hands behind his back, says that he was found with subscriptions to Nekhta, and that he also donated to this telegram channel. The man also says that he works at Lode as an anesthesiologist and resuscitator.

On the Internet you can find that Lozko was detained back in October 2020 (and in solidarity with him, other doctors in Brest went out to protest with the inscriptions “I/we are Timur”). And during the referendum in February 2022, he was detained again, and under Article 24.23 of the Code of Administrative Offences, “Illegal picketing,” he first served in a temporary detention facility, and then received a fine of 50 b.v.
