Marina Arkadyevna Fedorov
Crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Fedorova Marina Arkadyevna is an employee of the judicial authorities involved in politically motivated repressions, in which thousands of peaceful demonstrators, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence.
She made guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where she issued fines totaling at least 49,390.5 rubles and administrative arrest for at least 2,874 days.
She delivered a verdict in the criminal case of political prisoner Kirill Pavlovets, who was charged under Article 342 of the Criminal Code (organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them). According to the charges, Kirill Pavlovets called for participation in mass events on August 30, 2020 on Freedom Square in Minsk. Fedorova sentenced him to restriction of freedom for a period of three years and sent him to an open institution.
She found a resident of Minsk guilty under Part 1 of Article 24.23 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and sentenced her to a fine in the amount of 80 basic units for curtains with Belarusian ornaments.
