In March 2023, the Oktyabrsky District Court considered the case on termination of preventive supervision in relation to Rebyakov, and in July 2023, the Orsha District Court considered the issue of termination of compulsory security measures and treatment for the man.

Andrei Rebyakov appealed the verdict to the Mogilev Regional Court. On September 24, 2024, the panel of judges chaired by Judge Sergei Korolev upheld the verdict.

According to the charges, on the morning of May 4 , Bondarenko spoke in an indecent manner about Lukashenko in the presence of other citizens near the Transit store . According to the prosecution, the Ukrainian's motive was "support for the ideas of social intolerance towards representatives of the authorities of the Republic of Belarus and an open display of hostility towards them." One of those present contacted the police and even provided a photograph of the car in which Yuri Bondarenko and his friend left. The next day, the Ukrainian was detained on charges of insulting Lukashenko .

After his arrest, he was immediately placed in custody in Pre-trial Detention Facility No. 4 in Mogilev.

At the trial, Bondarenko admitted his guilt.

According to the case materials, Vyacheslav Murnov used obscene language to comment on posts featuring Lukashenko on Odnoklassniki in October 2021 and March 2024. This was enough to send the man to prison. In addition, he was also given "compulsory treatment for chronic alcoholism."

On September 3, 2024, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.

Lilia was first detained at the end of March 2023 and sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest. However, in April 2024, it became known that she had been detained as part of a criminal case. She was convicted under several articles for "insulting government officials" and "slander and insult against Lukashenko."

Pavel was arrested on September 29, 2021, in connection with a criminal case opened for online comments following the deaths of KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk and IT specialist Andrei Zeltser in Minsk. In the summer of 2022, he was convicted and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony and a large fine.

According to human rights activists, he was released in the summer of 2023, having fully served his sentence.

In February 2024, Pavel stood trial on charges of "distributing extremist materials." He remained out of contact for a long time, and after the trial, it was announced that a new criminal case had been opened against him.

Pavel was convicted again in June 2024 on charges of “slandering Lukashenko” and again sentenced to imprisonment.

Pavel was detained in September 2020 after publishing a new video. He had planned to run for president, but the Central Election Commission refused to register him. In November 2024, another trial of the political prisoner took place. According to human rights activists, Pavel was supposed to be released in December after completing his term, but at the initiative of the administration of Bobruisk colony No. 2, a criminal case was opened against him for "malicious disobedience to the demands of the administration of the correctional institution."

An anarchist activist was detained while crossing the Belarusian border on the night of October 28-29, 2020, and charged with "arson" and "terrorism." He had previously served a five-year sentence under Article 295-3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus and was released in 2019.

On October 29, 2021, in Gomel, Sergei was sentenced to one year in prison for "violating the terms of supervision" under a previous political article. In March 2023 and September 2024, he was convicted twice of "malicious disobedience to the demands of the penal colony administration." This article is used to try prisoners who refuse to cooperate with the administration for fictitious violations. As a result, his total prison term was 22 years and 11 months.

In the fall of 2025, it became known that Sergei Romanov had recently been hospitalized for surgery. The operation was planned and went without complications. He was soon to be transferred back to the penal colony.
