Oleg Viktorovich Logachev, judge and chairman of the Molodechno District Court, is a judicial official involved in politically motivated repression. He is responsible for his involvement in politically motivated sentencing and prosecutions of citizens for participating in peaceful protests following the 2020 Belarusian presidential election. Specifically, Logachev issued guilty verdicts, imposing fines totaling at least 1,485 rubles and administrative arrests for a total of at least 53 days. He also convicted Alexander Galkovsky, Andrei Khodkevich, and Bogdan Shimanovich under Article 368 of the Criminal Code for insulting Lukashenko, sentencing them to one year and six months of restricted freedom and placement in an open correctional facility.

According to the prosecution, on December 31, 2022, Vladimir posted a negative, obscene comment in a closed public chat on the social network VKontakte under a graphic image of Lukashenko. The content of the comment is unknown to human rights activists.
At the court hearing, he fully admitted his guilt and refused to testify. Until the trial, he was under a travel restriction. He was also known to have been repeatedly charged with administrative offences for "disseminating extremist materials."
According to human rights activists, he was released in the summer of 2025, having fully served his sentence.
Andrei was convicted of celebrating Maslenitsa (Maslenitsa) at a friend's dacha, where he erected and burned an effigy that, according to the prosecution, resembled Lukashenko. The court deemed this a public insult and a disgrace to Lukashenko's honor and dignity.

Bohdan, a former anesthesiologist and resuscitation specialist and craftsman, was convicted of celebrating Maslenitsa (Maslenitsa) at a friend's dacha, where he erected and burned an effigy that, according to the prosecution, resembled Lukashenko. The court deemed this a public insult and a disgrace to Lukashenko's honor and dignity.
He was released in October 2022, having fully served his sentence.

Dmitry, an entrepreneur and former police officer, was arrested in July 2021 and sentenced to 12 days of administrative arrest. He was not released after serving his sentence and was transferred to a pretrial detention center on August 4 of that year as part of a criminal case opened under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in such actions."
On November 16, 2021, Dmitry was found guilty of "calling for protests and leaking security forces' data" and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.
He was released in October 2022, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
