He was accused of leaving a sharp comment in September 2020 under one of the publications in Odnoklassniki, which criticized Alexander Lukashenko, posting it on his page. District Court Judge Shamal found him guilty of insulting Lukashenko (Part 2 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus) and slandering him (Part 2 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus). It is known that the man appealed the verdict to the Mogilev Regional Court. Vladislav Fedorovich was detained in December 2023. In the “repentance video” published by the pro-government TG channel on December 18, the detainee says that he participated in rallies and still has not deleted the photos on social networks.
The man’s “repentance video” was shown in one of Azarenka’s programs, where Alexander “admits” to participating in protests and reposting on Facebook on the topic of elections and COVID. Note that in the propagandist’s program Tereshchenko is also called an officer and “the head of the KGB of the Borisov region” .
It is known that Alexander was sentenced to prison.
On April 5, 2024, the appeal was considered and the verdict came into force.

Later, Dmitry Polyakov returned to his homeland and was detained. He admitted his guilt. On January 29, the court found him guilty and sentenced him to a year and a half in a general regime colony. He was also charged a fine of 100 basic units (4,000 rubles) and ordered to pay the three “victims” a total of 5,500 rubles.
